I can be a little bit of a goody-two-shoes, but for just one day I played hooky from work and took a "sick day." Frank Turner was looking for some last minute music video extras to be part of his Chicago filming for The Next Storm. How often does your favorite international artist record in your country, in your city and is looking just for someone like you to hang out with for six hours to shoot a music video?
The video shoot came out looking great (you can spot my quite a few times throughout in my blue plaid). As an extra bonus, Frank stuck around to play a few acoustic songs in an intimate sing-a-long set. Here is one of my favorites: a cover of The Weakerthans "A Plea from a Cat Named Virtute."
